Commerci Weapon?

Hi I completed the whole commerci quest line and I just found out that you can get a commerci weapon from it.

I remember getting the commerci shoulder, commerci's forever friend medal, and 100% epic potential scroll from it but I don't recall getting a weapon. I thought this would be better than the current utgard I'm using since there is no Japanese desperado. But When I talked to Cygnus or Parbell at Lith Harbor, I don't get any quest-involved dialog. Was the Commcerci weapon patched? Is there anything I missed? I have completed the [Commerci Republic] Final Report quest, which gives the rewards. Or is that if I get Commerci shoulder, I cannot get a weapon?

P.S. It is level 150 req weapon, not sweetwater which is 160.
