Any potential stats will do, as it will still be better than my epic one.

Only looking to spend around 700m for it if Unique (any potential), up to 1.5b if Unique (with stats like 2 lined 9% Attack + 6% Attack, or 1 line of 30% boss damage)

2b if Legendary potential any stat but that's about as most i'd pay for one.
