Launcher says I am currently in Game when I am not

Getting sick of this error. If the game crashes, and I do not get the Maple has ended box, I cannot get back online. I have to restart my computer. This is ridiculous and tiresome.

    When Maple crashes on me, it can take 20 seconds or so for the Play button go back to orange so I can click it once more. But if that doesn't work, then get task manager to close the launcher and relaunch the launcher and see if that works?
    Restarting as we all know is rather extreme and more of a last resort thing.
