username -> email web page error

Attempting to log in to the Nexon Launcher using my old Nexon ID (username) informs me that I must change it to an email address, and takes me to this web page:

(I removed the email, but it is filled in in reality)

Entering the password and clicking on the button (or pressing Enter) gets a blank page with the text 
{"code":"INVALID_PARAMETER","message":"bad request","description":"params (id_before_migration)"}
on top.
I'm using Chrome version 57.0.2987.133


Note: this does not prevent me from logging in to the Nexon Launcher using that email.
