Rightously Indignant should not affect 5th job

In the past, when hyper skills came out, Bishops got the hyper skill "Vengence of Angel" better known in GMS as "Rightously Indignant".
For those of you who don't know, it's a skill you can toggle on / off that greatly affects the skill Angel Ray.
When it was off, Angel Ray shoot forward and hits a certain amount of mobs, 4 lines of damage, and when it's on - Angel Ray hits with 8 lines of damage.
In a nutshell, when toggled on, you could not use any skill other than Teleport, and Angel Ray.
A while later, RED came along, and explorers changed somewhat, including Angel Ray and it's functions.

Rightously Indignant now makes Angel Ray hit ONE monster, and do double the lines. Seeing as a lot of bishops complaned about having to turn it off to buff, and then back on (and dealing with a short casting animation could be fatal in a battle), The skill was changed to allow the Bishops to use any buff skill (The attacks are limited to AR and teleport to this day). Now, this is really the brief version. Angel Ray now does 5 lines, and 10 when the skill is on, and it has other effects on the player while it's on and off that I didn't mention, but it's irrelevent in this discussion.

Now here comes the important part; for a certain period, Bishops were able to use bishop buffs, but not Beginner type skills (therfore unable to use Echo of hero, and link skills like Terms and Conditions and Knight's Watch). After a few months even that was fixed (by allowing bishops to use beginner skill. FUN FACT: Bishops because of this, can use Oz's Flame Gear even tho it's technically an active attack skill).
Now 5th job is here, and we didn't get an attack skill, we got Benediction - a kickass buff.
Benediction Is allowed in Rightously Indignant mode. Then why can't we use Mana Overload, and Rope Lift when it's on?!
I wrote all of this to make a point - eventualy if it's not an attacking skill - it's supposed to be allowed in Rightously Indignant mode. It happens every time. Arguably the only 5th job skill that shouldn't be allowed is Erda Nova since it does damage, but I think even this is supposed to be allowed.

TL;DR Bishop Hyper Skill "Vengence of Angel" better known in GMS as "Rightously Indignant" should not block 5th job skills at all.

I don't think there's been any word on rope lift or fake bind, but mana overload is already fixed in a future patch. Naturally we're up to 6 months behind kms so stay tuned.

GMS could take matters into their own hands and just fix it themselves without waiting for instructions from KMS.

Lower your gms expectations to 0 and you might find them to occasionally exceed that.
