Make More Rings pottable and scrollable

It would be nice if there more rings that can be enhanced and potted. I want this to apply to Ardentmill's rings such as the deadshot rings, Angelic Blessing Rings, etc. It can be used as good mule gear and a easier way to increase your star force.
