Lag issue - Black Cipher High CPU

Hello, 3 days ago some heavy lag issue started happening while mapling. This causes my whole system lag aswell, and stops the moment I quit maplestory. When I looked at the CPU's % of MapleStory - It was stable, 10-13%. However, BlackCipher was jumping from 1% to 14% for no reason. I never saw that happen before. Help please?
