i know it says tradeable in account once but is it really only one time and that's it? no SoK or anything? it kinda sucks imo cause i got a bunch of scrolls scattered on the account from past event that i won't be able to use on the heart and move back to main if that's the case.. :/

what does silver scissors of karma do? what kind of items will they work or not work on?
