Change the dang investigation mode area into a instanced zone for each player!!!!

Most have found a waay to deal with the hell that is B1 but this along with the time glitch.

Seriously im kinda getting tired of (even the first map) getting lvl 190-210+ mobs cause some ding bat jumps in shoots a few and jumps to next map now have a wasted entry cause im lvl 100-150+ and cant do nothing but 1 dmg thanks to new accuracy rules.
