So this story might sound to good to be true, but please hear me out.

So long story short, I'm in the military and about half a year ago one of my childhood friend passed away. Before he passed away I gave him my account because there was an event going on that allowed us to transfer some characters to another world. At that time I was to busy with work to attend the event, so i ask him to do a favor for me. And then that day just had to come... I've played maplestory with him since day 1 and made lots of grate memories :/ I haven't played maplestory for a while now and decided to replay it. I still can access my account, my pin # and everything , but I just found out that he had changed my email address to his email address. And that's why I'm writing this mail, to see if there's anything you guys can do so I can change it back?

Talk to Live Chat support and tell them you no longer have access to your account email and need to change it. They will ask you a few questions to verify you're the real owner of the account, and they'll ask to see a government-issued ID, and then they'll change the email to whatever you tell them.

I don't recommend telling them the above story, since account sharing is against the ToS.
