Brief Bug Summary: When Unreliable Memory casts a Bishop's heal, the cooldown of heal will still apply. In addition, sometimes Unreliable Memory does not cast any skills.

Steps to reproduce: keep using Unreliable Memory on a Bishop until heal is the chosen skill.

World Name: Reboot

Date and time of incident: Since the introduction of Unreliable Memory.
