Beta appears stripped in Character Select/Union

Bug type: Functionality

Brief bug summary: In Character Select/Union Beta appears to have no overall even though Alpha does have one. There are no NX equipment equipped. Switching overalls temporary fixes the issue but reappears again after a certain time.

Character job: Zero
World name: Scania
Date and time of the incident: July 1st, 2017 @ 10:40 PM EDT

    Bump.

    It appears that even with just an overall equipped with nothing else, Beta will eventually appear stripped. Top/bottom clothing are unaffected. It also appears that whose tagged is also unaffected.
