[FIXED] Sudden Mission name is inconsistent

Fixed as of the 8/30 Scheduled Game Update.

Brief bug summary:

The window for Sudden Missions reads as "Sudden Mission", but when you try cancelling it, the dialogue refers to it as a "Surprise Mission".
