Outlaw 4 advancement job bug?

HI, I recently lvl up my Outlaw to 100 and all my quests go off, i can't recieve any quest from an npc, i can't see the bulb with the quests, I can't do my advancement job in the maple guide, when I click the button that say 'Job Advancement Quest' this tell me ''It cannot be used here''. It's like I am in a place that is denied to see the quests, I've moved to several places and I still have the same problem. Sorry for my English
