is there a way to turn off controller setting

asking cause i just want to use the controller software i have cause at the moment maplestory's controller aka joypad controls are bugged and yes i made a bug report i just want to know if i can turn it off till its fixed so it doesn't mess with the software i'm using.

edit: and no setting all to none does not stop controller input it will still register movement.
