Maplestory appdata folder keeps changing location

The Nexon Launcher apparently isn't good at keeping track of the appdata location for the game and forces people to redownload the game again.

Is there any way to make the Nexon Launcher point at a specific location?

    Hey happened again. Nexon Launcher wants to install Maplestory AGAIN
