Fix Mount Coupons! 20b items!

If the description doesn't state anything about temporary usage like 90 days, or 1 year then the coupon/ mount should be permanent!

Current issues right now, Princess No coupon for effect is temporary but nowhere does it state that on the description, hence prices flying up to 10b

The Luxury Sports Car Mount (looks like a yellow lambo) prices flying up to 20b for the looks, and because its assumed permanent since nowhere in the description says 90 days!
