Not getting any MVP rewards when spending NX

So i bought a couple of Royal Face coupons and some of the Perm NX equips. Did not get a single MVP reward point. Is that a bug or does Royal coupons and Perm NX covers that cost 5k+ NX not give any MVP points?
Also in a previous rotation the permanent head bandage cost me 2k nx. Why does it cost 7.4k now?
