Brief bug summary:

This has been happening since the start of Override. When walking around popular maps for training or meso farming, I come across some invincible monsters and they are usually afflicted with a Blaze Wizard or a Hayato's DoT. I've heard that this may be a new anti-botting mechanism, but I'm not sure because there has been nothing said so far.

The problem is that this adversely affects even legit players since the invincible mobs take up a part of the mob population and never dies, which effectively lowers the map's spawn number and in turn, lowers exp rates and meso rates. Please fix.
