So how often do these events happen? I wouldn't mind making another new character to get him up there. Or even remaking a low level one to get em past what his current level is. I seem to only see these maybe twice a year from my experience.

    Depends on the content they release. but around that 1-2 per year or per 6 months

    Oh alright so I guess I'm right on the money. I guess this past event was the 2nd for the year.

    It happens very sporadic actually. We've had 2 Burning Events only weeks ago during the Anniversary Events and we're having 2 again for the Override Update. I think it's safe to say though, that after this upcoming Burning Event, there won't be a new one for quite some time.

    I dont know how it happened but on one of my characters I got 2 frozen sets. Perhaps I burned it twice over time by not finishing the level ups

    burning events appear to happen pretty consistently,It's a great way to jump-start new and old players.
