[Request] The extremely delayed allied world xfer

Hey, I attempted to transfer one of my characters to an allied world YEARS ago and he ended up in the world ally, but not the right world where I had all my link characters. A month after I complained about this the CM who replied at the time said they'd host a merged world transfer event.

THIS NEVER EFFING HAPPENED.

So I would like to request at the very least an allied world xfer event because you guys screwed up and I've been patient for more than long enough.
