Bug type: Jett skill points are missing

Brief bug summary: My Jett only has 50 skill points for 2nd job and 40 skill points for 3rd job. I used a SP reset scroll and it did not fix the bug.

Steps to reproduce:
Logged onto my Jett after a few months (have not actually played/trained it since it first came out).

Character name: JettBhav

Character level: 120

Character job: Jett

World name: Khaini

Date and time of the incident: 29 July 2017 3am PST
