Clearing Some guild that has no one in it

Salutations :D
So I thought about making a guild in scania
Of course the Popular Guild Names are 4 letters...just like names x_x

They're hard to find since People just take most of the good one

but i Found this one guild called Sage, there's no one... like NO ONE in it o_O, so like... it would be great if Nexon, or like the maplestory team could clear the Guilds that has no players in the guild , so other players can make them

    Looks like a bug, actually.
    It should not be possible for a guild to exist without a guild master.
