Rare Alien Fragment Graphical Glitch

When the item Rare Alien Fragment Helmet is equipped, my character's face is covered with a strange graphic that looks like 4 red eyes only when the character is doing an animation other than idly standing, such as jumping or sitting. This graphical glitch prevents me from seeing Face or Eye Accessories.
