Afterlands Door Glitch

On my thunderbreaker character, I had finished unlocking all of the locks and the door glowed for a bit but then nothing happened. Then I tried relogging back in from the select character screen and all of the locks had returned and I can't unlock them anymore since I don't have the keys.
