Prototype soul from override box

Everytime i open an override box. I recoeve a soul. I encountered this by making room in my use tab by npc'n reindeer milk. Once I cleared my inventory from reindeer milk, everytime i recieved one from override box (it shows in middle of screen) i recieve a prototype soul in my use tab. I recive 10 souls (but suppose to get 10 reindeer milk)
