[Skill] Echo of Hero buff duration issue

Bug type: Functionality or Text

Brief bug summary: The beginner skill Echo of Hero does not get its duration increased with buff duration multipliers.
I have 105% buff duration on my mage from 3 different sources, but the skill still lasts the base 40 minutes: ZbYu4fg.png
This is either a functionality issue because of the skill not interacting with buff duration properly or a text issue since the skill description does not state that it is not affected:
