Demon Avenger 5th job skill "Demonic Blast" bugged

When I Key bind the skill "Demonic Blast" to some keys like:Pup,Pdn,End,etc...,it get stuck as active/charged and only fix itself when I bind the skill to another key in the process of charging.
The skill work properly only if I bind it to shift or Ctrl.

    ALSO include any activation of demonic blast from a joypad it will infinetly charge and unable to be activated and also here is a really weird one any skill activated from a joypad will NOT HAVE SKILL TRANSPARENCY FUNCTION APPLIED. but if u press the same skill from your keyboard it is transparent. i am avid joypad player using maple story sponsored logitech joy pad and would like my skills to be transparent when using a joypad pretty please!
