Harnass elunerium power in eluna quest log

After activating the elunarium power on lv 1, the quest isnt completed.. tried to complete it when all the ores are exactly on 200, but nothing changed.
Character name: jjkjhjj

Character level: 210

Character job: Dark Knight

World name: Scania

Date and time of the incident: Since the beginning of the Event.

    It doesn't explain it quite clearly but you need 1000 ores to get level 1, 3000 for 3, 5000 for 5...
