Just wanted to suggest making Shimada Heart cap at 50% instead of 49%.
It tilts me like no tomorrow to know that 9999 def = 49% and that 1 def is keeping me from reaching 50% (10,000 def).
Obviously as a Hayato I would have loved for it to cap at 100% but that's where people start to complain
