I still can't Load the PTS game

Up until now, i have tried many times and i still unable to load the PTS Maplestory. It always show error message everytime i click start the game. I can play the GMS/ official Maplestory but not the PTS on the same computer. So i think the problem should not be on my computer?. Can anyone help?
