Bug type: NPC functionality towards specific item

Brief bug summary: Unable to change hair color of Rhearoid

More details:

This was dismissed as note a bug as noted in this thread. However, there are accounts of other wonderoids being able to change their androids' hair color, including Katroid and Aster-oid. Here is a reference of the original colors

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a Hair Color VIP Coupon in your inventory
2. Go to the NPC Lauren at the Henesys Hair Salon
3. Talk to NPC and select: Dye Hair > Dye Hair (VIP Coupon)
4. Select Desired color. Note: this hairstyle does have multiple colors available
5. Receive message of failure
