Hayato changes?

Just wondering if anyone has more information and actual numbers on the hayato changes.

    Haven't tested Hayato yet but from the looks of it, in JMS, they are getting some nice buffs with active skills being passive. One nerf I see there is the 4th job strike skill is no longer 0 sec cd since they reduced the hyper's cooldown cutter from 100% to 30%. The thing I feel hyped about however is the addition of a level 2 link skill for hayato.
    Level 1(70) -> 2 (120)
    10 all stats -> 25 all stats
    5 weapon attack/magic attack -> 15 weapon attack/magic attack
    The boost difference is pretty nice.
