Bug type: Monster Book system

Brief bug summary: There are a lot of duplicates and cards that cannot be obtained showing on the book

Steps to reproduce: Log onto any character, click the monster book, notice that there are tons of duplicates and also a bunch of monsters don't drop their cards (such as pantheon mobs)

Character name: Demon

Character level: 221

Character job: Demon Slayer

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: 8/23/2017, 8pm pst, however this glitch has been in the game for a long time
