Bug type: Wrong damage applied or wrong description

Brief bug summary:

Kanna's Soul Shear got since the revamp a passive giving 30% damage, where the description tells 30% Final Damage.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Put 15 sp in Soul Shear (3rd job Kanna)
2. Open stats screen
3. Hover over the description of Soul Shear
