marvel code for 5 white cubes not working

On December 2016 I got 5 white cubes code from marvel. Even though I wrote to NEXON 4 tickets about it, THEY ARE STILL INVESTIGATING for almost a year !
when you buy something in real world and do not get the item what happens ?
this is what NEXON think about us and how they treat us. MORE THAN 10 MONTHES they are investigating my none working marvel code !

    I play maple for 13 years I know how to redeem a marvel code. I sent NEXON detailed screen shots demonstrating the problem.
    They care so much about the players that they are investigating it for 10 months already
