I've noticed that during these levels, especially for explorers, these levels take longer than they need to. It's strange, because these levels require so little exp, yet still take a while. Leveling is faster once you get to 2nd job, when it should be the other way around, being faster during 1st job. For example, in 2nd job even if you don't complete the theme dungeon, you can still level at a decent rate by killing either enemies on a map within, or the various types of eye monsters just outside.
Most of this is due to the fact that not enough mobs spawn in some of these areas. For example, I don't go to the stump maps when the maple guide suggests because enemies spawn too far apart. Because of this some people will fight the golems the whole time, even though they give less exp per kill, because there are so much more of them that in the end they gain it faster.
I think it's about time this is changed by either adjusting how many enemies appear on these maps, or creating a new theme dungeon. The maps themselves don't really need to be changed, there just need to be more enemies. Remember, these maps were made early on in the game when it was much harder to kill monsters without dying, so it's about time something is done about their spawn rates.
I can't really say much about the theme dungeon option, because it would just be similar to the other ones that already exist. Maybe in this theme dungeon, there could be some of the enemies that were removed like lupins, because Florina beach, which looks like it will reopen eventually isn't a very logical place for them to appear. Anyway, I think it's about time we get through 1st job faster, and into 2nd job, where classes start to show their unique characteristics.

But I don't think it would make sense for a theme dungeon for 10-30, since most classes are covered by questlines already.
Which classes? Aside from Phantom most of the classes only get a few quests, which only level them up a couple times, not all the way to 2nd job. I wouldn't exactly call that covered.
Explorers (if you count the Victoria Island questlines up to 30)
Cygnus Knights' new questline can get them to 30
Resistance if you do all the quests in Edelstein (including Demon and Xenon)
All the 6 heroes have their own questlines up to and past 30
Kaiser and AB
Mihile up to 30, where you try to find clues about Chromile, and help Cygnus
Kinesis in FriendStory
Hayato and Kanna in Momijigaoka
Even Beast Tamer in Arboren
Of course the questlines are optional in most cases, so it's up to you whether or not you'd want to do them or just train straight to 30. But a theme dungeon at that level wouldn't really be necessary.
