stuck in silent crusade at dimentional shism

I just finished the 4 chapters of silent crusade with my beast and am trying to continue the prequests for arkarium

Somehow I can not enter the Portal on the right side of the Three Doors map

Bastille is Standing next to the Portal but does not give me any quests when i talk to him

when i check for silent crusade in the quest list there are 0 available, 0 in Progress and 52 completed so there is no possibility to start, continue or forfeit a quest there

does anybody know how to continue this quest or should i Report this in the bug section?

pls let me know if i missed out on something

    I'd recommend putting it in the bug report section with a step by step explanation of what happened, any screen shots or videos you have or can take of the problem will help the team greatly. :)
