I broke my Jett

A few months back when Jett's Starfall had an *Intentional* 0 cooldown before too many players complained to where Nexon had to withdraw that statement, I used decent combat orders while using this skill, which gave it such a ridiculous cooldown. I had quit my character due to this since then to pursue other tastes. After once again feeling a taste to play Jett, i had noticed the SP on it's 4th job skill tab had all been reset, which I then replaced all the SP to max out all skills. I tried using the skill and what do you know, it still this 588 hour cooldown as pictured below (god I really hope that's in minutes remaining, as I know for sure it's not in seconds)

    There are 2 ways to fix this:
    • Use a Rune of Skill to reduce the cooldown to 5 seconds.
    • Have a Buccaneer party you to use Time Leap.

    my jett is broken in a different way for 2 months
