dual blade 2nd job skill points broken

Bug type: Functionality

Brief bug summary: I used skill point reset scroll with my dual blade and i didn't get enough skill points to II job section to max all my skills. instead of i have 25 extra skill points now in II+ job section that are completely useless. This pretty much ruins 3rd job skill build too if i don't max slash storm and ignore skill points from other skills.

Steps to reproduce: Buy skill reset scroll from Matilda. Use it and see that you now don't have enough points in II job section and instead have too much points in II+ job section.

Character name: DualBongHit

Character level: 60

Character job: Dual Blade

World name: Scania

Date and time of the incident: 10.9.2017 3pm
