Hell Gollux not giving coins

Bug type: A certain item with 100%drop rate not dropping

Brief Summary: A coin that gives 20~~35 coins in Hell Gollux didn't drop, making we lose a lot of coins, usually we get two coins, one that gives 1 and other that gives 20~~35, now we only got the 1coin one.

Character name: Ivangoldes and JSantana(a Alliance guy i helped in hell gollux)

Character lv: 234 and 221

Job: Marksman and Night Lord

World: Both Bera

Date and time of incident: 10/19/27 15minutes before the day resets( in game ).

I can record a video if necessary.

    Video evidence from both perspectives will be required. I've have never seen this happen within all my Hell Gollux runs.
