Delete Dead Guild

I have wanted to create a guild in the server Im in, but those people who already quit the game has occupied the good names and the names can be taken unless they dissemble the guild.
I hope Nexon can do something to the guild name the same way they did to IGN, like delete the guild name or let the guild name be a tons of numbers idk.
I really dont like seeing those people who already quit MS for a long time occupied those guild names. It's really sad
