i visited my farm but could not find out where to get the free gem coupon
did anyone find out how to get this coupon or is the Event simply bugged?

    You're not alone. I'm in GRAZED and I see no way to get the gems. I don't even see purchasable gems in the Cash Shop.

    Managed to get it by logging on a level 33 character in a different world. Guess that seems to be our only option for now...

    Character I managed to get the gem from was in Bello. Can anyone confirm what worlds do and don't work?

    This is a bug as reported here.
    I have reported it but no news yet on it. For Luna we are kinda stuck and cannot do anything. For NA region if you have characters on a world that's getting the quest you can still retrieve them there.
