1st anniversary to Europe Maple service migration

One year ago, the Europe MapleStory service migration to North America MapleStory/Global MapleStory service has been applied.

I believe the merge of the european community with the north american community brought with it some advantages and disadvantages.

Advantages:
1. We get updates even faster than before.
2. Two separated worlds were merged and combined into one world with bigger community.
3. There are even more events, rewards and various game contents available to the european community.
4. It's easier than ever to level up and reach up to level 250.
5. It's faster to increase potential's tier for equips.
6. More options to earn mesos quickly.
7. The cost of mesos to get to the next star force's level by enhancing equips is lower.

Disadvantages:
1. More game bugs.
2. Certain players (like me) are not satisfied due to many options and systems being limited or not included which were included previously or are included in other MapleStory's regional services.
3. Some items including certain valuable items that european MapleStory players own were downgraded from being tradeable to untradeable and more.
4. A lot of game crash incidents which were not been occurred before (sadly, nowadays, too).
5. Even more complex management for the game team (I guess it's how it is).
6. Certain players (like me) are not satisfied due to requests to resolve issues which were not handled properly as expected.
7. Time zone which was set to be UTC for either north american community and european community and it has a significant impact to the north american players.
8. Certain options on the forums are either limited even more than before or are not available.
9. I believe in some cases players need to spend even more cash than before to earn virtual valuable rewards or buy some useful items they wish to earn, including items to improve the gameplay experience.
