I'm getting tired of mindlessly grinding mesos and doing repeatable daily quests for arcane symbols!
We should allow players to have more unique and diverse things to do in the game.
With that being said; should make the sidequests of currently inactive NPCs (such as the NPCS in Elnath, Henesys, ludibrium, etc.) provide more cunning rewards. By doing this we can make the game have more of an adventurous feeling and eliminate the need of just mindlessly grinding on our kannas and having people crowd around certain maps like MP3 or slurpys everyday -making it impossible for anyone to do anything when servers are full.
Sidequests could allow players to explore more of the game and maps and gain an understanding of the background of characters in it. We'd be more enticed to hang out in parties to help each other do quests or something. Quests should give stuff like mesos, cubes and exp to make it easier for starting players to get somewhere in the game - this also eliminates the compulsory requirement of needing a Kanna in Reboot as some people don't have the time to grind on their Kannas for hours on end.
What if we run out of quests to do? There should be a daily quest board in large towns like Henesys that allow players to do mercenary-like missions for rewards. These daily quest boards could have a difficulty ranking (E - SS) which decide the rewards you earn from it. And the difficulty slowly increases day-by-day depending on your level and the amount of quests you've cleared.
Trying to level after 220 is slow and exhausting especially when you don't have that much time on your hands. At higher levels, the daily quest board could provide a large amount of exp (perhaps 3-8% worth of exp at 210) per clear.
That's all i have to add for now. I know there are plenty of flaws in my suggestion but I hope nexon takes my suggestion into consideration.

EDIT:
-Sidequests could also help us casual players compete against bots.
-With the low drop rate on nodes and arcane symbols, higher level quests could provide these.
