Kanna character without the return skill.

Hello everyone,

I'm running into a problem with a new Kanna character that I made today.
It seems this Kanna doesn't have the "Return of the Five Planets" return skill.

When I look at the beginner skills, the return skill isn't on the list.
I did delete a Kanna character yesterday, after I screwed up with the tutorial hair/face coupon, and I recreated the Kanna today with the same IGN.

Does anyone know a fix for this problem?
I tried checking if the skill was perhaps behind a questline, but I couldn't find anything about that either.
