Brief bug summary: When using the Thunder Dive or Thunder Flash Evan fusion skill, the Advanced Dragon Spark proc does not activate. Advanced Dragon Spark should be activating every single time a fusion skill is used because it has a 100% proc rate.

Steps to reproduce:
- Use Dragon Dive followed by Thunder Circle to create the Thunder Dive fusion skill.
- Use Dragon Flash followed by Thunder Circle to create the Thunder Flash fusion skill.
