So i can grind in temple of time without lag but entering twilight perion and vj kills my fps and causes lag.
Its definetly not my laptop.

    I lag a whole lot in Savage Terminal. Only the town part, I'm fine anywhere else. I don't know why it's so bad. :/

    thats where the bots/hackers do their node farming / meso farming, so essentially they messed up the maps. on top of the auto aggro which also causes some lag

    in both reboot and windia those same locations you mentioned lag a lot for me as well.
