Reboot Mesos Pack

[I am referring to the pack of mesos you can open once you hit level 150 in the reboot world]

So I opened this pack on my Mercedes, level 151, received the mesos, then DCed. Note it is about 24mil each pack and there is 3 packs. I had about 14 mil beforehand.

Tell me why I log back into my account and see I did not gain any mesos, and the original Reboot Meso Box is in my inventory. I try to reopen it and it just disappears, saying that it was already claimed. The mesos are not in my account.
