Remove "Miracle Scrolls for (Weapon)" From Game.

They have no practical use in game.

Spell traces are better in almost every imaginable way for weapons. Hearts can be scrolled with vision scrolls from future perion, prime scrolls, or even evolution scrolls for much more stats at a higher success rate.
They might have been useful in early 2009 when 60% scrolls were popular, but have no place in the present since much better scrolls and spell traces exist. Especially since they come from a CS reward box.
Replace these with more current scrolls like evolution scrolls or buff them to be equal or better than spell traces at a non early game level.
